Meet Charles Weathers Sr.
Charles Weathers Sr. founded the Weathers Group to
assist small business and nonprofit leaders with their
personal and organizational development needs.
Prior to the Weathers Group, Charles worked as a Development
Director for a non-profit organization, developing advocacy
campaigns for abused, abandoned and neglected children
and served over 9 years in the US Air Force where he
supervised medical facility administrative services.
Repeatedly responsible for marketing, grant writing,
program development and managing fundraising campaigns,
Charles continuously emphasizes the importance of planning
and time management.
Plainfield, NJ native and Southern Illinois University
graduate who now resides in Columbia, SC, Charles actively
develops communities by serving as an ordained Elder
and Pastor and member of local committees and boards.
